Shelley OPAL Play Ambassadors
Our OPAL Play Ambassadors are children from Years 5 and 6. They support the everyday running of our OPAL Play scheme at Shelley. Like everyone on the OPAL Team, they are keen to make breaktimes as fun and inclusive as possible.
OPAL Play Ambassador responsibilities include:
- Supporting play in the infant playground
- Helping infants with coats and wellies in winter
- Tidying and organizing resources
- Keeping outside areas clean and tidy
- Collecting ideas and suggestions from peers
- Recommending new activities or resources children would like to see on the playground
- Reporting issues to OPAL Leads and helping brainstorm solutions
